What are the show hours?
Friday from 3 pm until the Grandstand closes (about 10 pm) and Saturday from 9 am until 4 pm.
Do I have to enter both days?
No, you may choose to show on Saturday only.
Will I be outdoors?
Arts 'n Crafts will be inside Dorton Exibit Hall unless you request an outdoor booth. Most merchants will be in one of the outdoor locations.
Where are the outdoor booths located?
Most Arts 'n Crafts vendors will be located inside Dorton Exibit Hall. Crafters who wish to be outdoors should request an outdoor location on the form. All merchants should choose one of the outdoor locations.
What size are the booths and how much does it cost?
Indoor spaces measure 16' x 8' and cost $50 for both days or $35 for Saturday only.
Outdoor spaces are 10' x 10' and cost $35 for Saturday only and $50 for both days. You may purchase extra booths at the above cost each.
Do I have a choice of locations?
Arts 'n Crafts will be inside Dorton Exibit Hall and outdoors near the entrance. We have a limited number of booth spaces on the BBQ Midway, the Car Show area and near the Grandstand entrance. These spaces are for merchants, organizations and Arts 'n Crafts vendors who wish to be outdoors.
How about electricity?
Thre will be no extra charge for one 110 outlet at each booth rented. You will need to provide any necessary extension cords.
How can I pay for my registration?
Click the Arts 'n Crafts booth entry form button at the left of this page. Then choose PayPal or pay by check. After selecting your method of payment, complete the form. PayPal is submitted electronicly; otherwise, you will print the form and mail it with your check.
