The BBQ War Between the States is an annual battle held between three teams representing North Carolina and three representing South Carolina. The teams qualify by being the highest scoring teams from their state in the last Hog Happnin'.
In this competition within a competition, they cook their best for state bragging rights and a custom trophy.
