All vendors: (entry form) All spaces are 10' x 10' but you may rent more than one space. Please remember, your tables, displays and any other equipment must be contained in your rented space. No trailers or vehicles may be left on the grounds past 9am unless they are part of your display. Tear-down begins at 4pm.

Arts 'n Crafts - Those who sell items they have made or assembled themselves, such as paintings, needlework, woodwork, handmade jewelry and pottery.

Merchants - Those who sell merchandise and services, other than Arts 'n Crafts.

Organizations - Political, civic and public service groups distributing literature or promoting their services.

Food Vendors - Only foods for off-site consumption are allowed. BBQ sauce and seasonings are acceptable items. Contact us at info@hoghappnin.com if you have a similar product you wish us to consider.

Foods for on-site consumption are sold by Hog Happnin' and our sponsors only.

Locations:

Water Wheel to Goforth Hall: This area is inside the main gate, near the grandstands. Booths are 10' x 10'. You may rent more than one space.

Car & Cycle Show: The car & cycle area is congested but we will have some spaces available for those wishing to be located there.

BBQ Teams & Children's Area: Some spaces are available near the teams and rides.

Notice: Shirts, hats, caps and other BBQ related items may not be allowed. Hog Happnin' has this type merchandise to sell. If you have a question about a similar item you wish to sell, send a description and selling price to info@hoghappnin.com.
